From the streets of Oak Cliff to the lights of the Cotton Bowl, we’re building a club that belongs to Dallas and everyone who calls it home.  Atlético Dallas is the city’s newest professional soccer club, set to make its USL debut in 2027. 

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a savvy business intelligence analyst.  You will serve as the company’s point person for all CRM administration, database development, ticketing integrations, sales and marketing campaign execution, and sales analytics.  You will support all revenue generating departments in a fast-paced environment with analytical expertise mixed with operational responsibilities to maximize revenue generation for the club, identify areas of opportunity and drive insight that can help shape our collective go-to-date marketing strategy.  The ideal candidate is highly accountable, proactive, and thrives in environments that require flexibility, urgency, and independent execution.  

WHAT YOU’LL DO*

  • Use data-driven techniques to develop processes and strategy to support all revenue-generating departments; corporate partnerships, the entire ticket sales vertical, CRM (HubSpot), marketing and digital and social media
  • Analyze, sort, and activate fan insights, including buying habits, psychographic and demographic profiles, and other relevant historical behaviors
  • Analyze historical data to create fan profiles and develop and manage fan surveys
  • Ability to collaborate on intradepartmental projects and analyses as needed for short‑ and long‑term initiatives
  • Work hand-in-hand with other departments to manage workflow processes and create best practices

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Business, or Mathematical field 
  • Advanced experience building dashboards, interactive reports, and working in a data warehouse environment and/or with relational databases
  • Must be able to juggle multiple projects at once; organized, collaborative and communicative
  • Background in business intelligence, reporting, and revenue analytics related to ticketing, marketing, and/or partnerships
  • Growth mindset and ability to adapt as projects and responsibilities evolve 
  • Strong work ethic and ability to problem-solve
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
  • Ability to work full-time onsite at HQ (Currently Richardson, TX. Planned move Fall 2026 Echo Park, Dallas) with flexibility for extended hours that can include nights and weekends at various venues/events
  • Technical proficiency: Microsoft Office (required); HubSpot, Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau  

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
  • Competitive base salary in the $50k-$70k range (Commensurate with experience).
