Annapolis Blues FC is a growing soccer club competing with both men’s and women’s teams. We are committed to providing hands-on, real-world experience for students and young professionals interested in working in the sports industry.
Internship Overview
The Annapolis Blues FC Internship Program is a full-summer, immersive experience designed to expose interns to all areas of a professional sports organization. Interns will work closely with the front office and game-day staff and will be required to attend and work every home game throughout the season.
This internship is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in sports management, marketing, operations, communications, media, sales, and event management.
Responsibilities
Intern responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
- Game-day operations support for all home matches (men’s & women’s)
- Assisting with marketing, promotions, and fan engagement
- Social media content creation and execution
- Ticketing, sales, and community outreach support
- Sponsorship and corporate partnership assistance
- Event setup, breakdown, and logistics
- General front office support and administrative tasks
Interns may rotate through multiple departments based on interest, skillset, and organizational needs.
Qualifications
- Interest in pursuing a career in the sports industry
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and game days
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Organized, dependable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Open to students and individuals from all areas of the sports industry
