Position Overview
The Equipment Manager Intern plays a critical role in the daily operations of the team. This position is responsible for managing all team equipment, maintaining uniforms, and ensuring players and staff have everything needed for training sessions and matches. The intern will travel with the team for both home and away games.

This is a hands-on, behind-the-scenes role ideal for someone looking to gain experience in team operations, sports management, or professional athletics.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize all team equipment (training gear, game uniforms, balls, medical kits, etc.)
  • Wash, dry, and maintain all uniforms and training apparel
  • Prepare locker rooms before and after games
  • Set up and break down equipment for all training sessions and matches
  • Pack and transport equipment for away games
  • Travel with the team for all home and away matches
  • Maintain accurate inventory of gear and communicate equipment needs to front office staff
  • Assist coaching staff with any additional operational needs

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and game days
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment
  • Interest in sports management, team operations, or athletics preferred
  • Positive attitude and team-first mentality
