Redlands FC is seeking a Videographer to capture dynamic video content during home matches and help bring the club’s game day experience to life through digital media. This role is primarily onsite and is ideal for someone who can capture the energy of live events and produce strong visual content for social media, marketing, and club storytelling.
Position Overview
The Videographer will be responsible for filming Redlands FC home matches and game day moments, including crowd shots, player arrivals, warmups, in-game atmosphere, sponsor activations, and other content that helps showcase the club. This person will work closely with the club to capture footage that can be used for social media, promotional materials, recap videos, and other digital content.

Key Responsibilities
- Capture video content during Redlands FC home matches and other designated club events
- Film key game day moments including fan atmosphere, player arrivals, warmups, match action, halftime activities, sponsor activations, and postgame scenes
- Gather a mix of cinematic, social-first, and documentary-style footage for club use
- Work with the club to identify priority shots, moments, and content needs for each match
- Deliver raw footage and/or edited content based on the club’s needs and agreed workflow
- Help create engaging content for social media, marketing campaigns, sponsorship fulfillment, and season storytelling
- Arrive prepared with necessary equipment and be ready to operate in a fast-paced live event environment
- Coordinate with game day staff, photographers, and marketing personnel as needed
- Maintain a professional presence while working around players, staff, fans, and sponsors
Qualifications
- Experience shooting video for sports, live events, or social media content preferred
- Strong sense of timing, framing, storytelling, and capturing high-energy moments
- Comfortable filming in a live outdoor sports environment
- Able to work independently and move quickly during events
- Own camera and video equipment preferred unless otherwise arranged
- Familiarity with editing short-form social content is a plus
- Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines for file delivery
Work Environment
- Primarily onsite at Redlands FC home matches
- Seasonal, part-time role
- Matchday availability is required, including evenings and weekends
