Ticketing Manager – Redlands FC
Redlands FC is seeking a Ticketing Manager to oversee game day ticketing operations during the season. This role is primarily onsite and is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working directly with fans in a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview
The Ticketing Manager will be responsible for running the ticketing window on matchdays and helping ensure a smooth, professional entry experience for fans. This person will manage ticket sales and check-in operations, troubleshoot issues as they come up, and help maintain accurate ticketing records throughout the event.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the ticketing window during Redlands FC home matches
- Sell tickets on game days and assist with fan check-in
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Set up ticketing equipment before gates open and close down operations after matches
- Troubleshoot ticketing issues, including order lookups, scanning problems, and customer service questions
- Maintain accurate sales and attendance records
- Coordinate with game day staff to ensure smooth fan entry
- Help provide a welcoming and professional experience for all guests
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working with the public and handling customer service situations
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Comfortable using ticketing software, tablets, card readers, and basic spreadsheets
- Able to work evenings and weekends during the season
- Previous ticketing, box office, event operations, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
Work Environment
- Primarily onsite at Redlands FC home matches
- Seasonal, part-time role
- Matchday availability is required
