Job Highlights:

Reports To: General Manager 

Location: Loganville, GA

Hours Required:Part Time, Candidates must be able to work weekends 

Your Game Plan:

On the Field: Coaching & Camp Leadership (50%)

  • Teach the fundamentals of soccer through engaging drills, competitions, and practice sessions.
  • Explain rules, scenarios, and essential skills in a way that is fun, clear, and age-appropriate.
  • Lead by example—be a positive role model and set the tone for sportsmanship and effort.
  • Run daily camp activities, keep campers on task, and ensure sessions follow the established camp schedule.
  • Referee youth and adult leagues and events as needed throughout the summer.

Team Captain: Building Relationships (30%)

  • Create meaningful connections with campers and their families, building trust through encouragement and communication.
  • Address conflicts calmly and confidently when they arise, ensuring a safe and respectful environment.
  • Celebrate camper progress, keep them engaged, and help ensure every kid—beginners and superstars alike—gains something valuable from camp.

Off the Field: Operations & Support (10%)

  • Assist with daily camp operations, including check-in, warm-ups, transitions, and check-out.
  • Set up and take down camp equipment each day to maintain a smooth and efficient environment.
  • Support weekly operational needs and any additional tasks that help camps run successfully.

Facility & Culture MVP (10%)

  • Help maintain a fun, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere for campers and families.
  • Bring high energy, positivity, and patience every day—your attitude drives the experience.
  • Uphold TOCA’s values through professionalism, teamwork, and a commitment to growth.

What You Bring to the Pitch:

  • Athletic background encouraged but not required.
  • Previous experience with camps, youth programs, or group activities preferred.
  • Ability to stay energetic, positive, coachable, and engaged throughout each day.
  • Successful completion of a background check upon hire.
