Reports To: Director, New Center Openings

Location: Remote - Dallas, TX 

Compensation: Competitive salary with bonus opportunities

Position Overview:
The Integration Training Manager
manages the integration of TOCA Training, Soccer Classes and all systems training for a new TOCA Soccer Center. The position is responsible for all aspects of recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding the TOCA Training Manager, trainers, coaches and other department heads as needed. The Integration Training Manager will also use adult learning methodologies to coach on all aspects of product lines including curriculum, equipment, equipment maintenance, systems, community outreach to prepare for product launch. The position is also responsible for overseeing execution of all TOCA programs and crossover events during the launch period.

This position is a full-time role that works out of the Dallas-Fort Worth area and can travel domestically and internationally. This position if a hybrid role: WFH/DFW Office/Travel. The ideal candidate for this position is a highly motivated person who loves the game of soccer, the soccer community and is looking to make or continue a career in the sport.This person will be passionate and engaged leader who is excited about launching new product lines, which include cutting edge technology, throughout the United States.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
● Recruit, hire and onboard the new TOCA Training Manager, trainers, coaches and other department heads for new centers
● Work with the new TOCA Training Manager to recruit, interview and hire new TOCA Trainers and ensure all Trainers are onboarded successfully and trained on all aspects of TOCA Training; including but not limited to relationship building, session quality, vision and plan, and ask.
● Ensure TOCA Training is operating according to the TOCA way, mission, vision and values.
● Measures programming success; partners on new development programs as needed.
● Forecast any foreseeable issues, changes or needs.
● Assist with training sessions as needed at any center
● Facilitate individual and team meetings to discuss performance, training expectations, course updates and new technology
● Support Franchise Growth

Required Qualifications:
● Preferred: USSF, CSA, or UEFA licensed coach (minimum C level)
● Have 3 years minimum experience coaching youth, collegiate or professional soccer
● Have a basic knowledge of Individual Player Development
● Have a college or professional playing background
● Possess the drive to develop new employees and to launch a successful TOCA Training business in each center that can thrive under that center’s leadership when you leave that center.
● Ability to train the TOCA Training Manager in that center to foster and manage relationships with soccer clubs, programs, schools and partners
● Must be able to work in and travel outside of the United States

Physical Requirements:
● Expected 85% travel (both domestic and international)
● Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) can be expected
● Activities require the ability to remain in a stationary position roughly 70% of the
time and move about an office and/or work site the other half of the time
