Job Description Highlights:

Reports To: Fitness Manager

Location: Denver, CO

Compensation: $25 - $32 Hourly

Role Scope and Requirements:

The Group Fitness & CrossFit Instructor is responsible for leading their respective classes in the specified format with high energy, positivity, and clear instructional and safety cues. Their responsibilities included, but are not limited to, the following:

• Must come prepared to teach the class to which you are assigned; whether it be knowing and executing a specific CrossFit workout of the day or a specific Group Fitness format
• Responsible for finding a substitute in the event you are unable to teach your assigned class and communicate these changes to the Group Fitness Manager

Knowledge and Experience: 

• 0-1 years of experience in personal training, small group training, group fitness training, and/ or CrossFit formats
• General knowledge and experience with kinesiology, exercise science, physical fitness, etc.
• Must hold current certification for applicable format or specialty format
