Job Summary:
The Legal Intern will play an active role in supporting a dynamic, fast-paced Legal Department. This position offers meaningful, hands-on experience across a broad range of legal functions, providing valuable exposure to in‑house practice within the sports industry.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and revise contracts and related legal documents.
- Assist with corporate document management and collaborate with internal stakeholders on contract negotiation and execution
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on sports industry topics, corporate governance, and other relevant issues.
- Support attorneys with litigation matters.
- Contribute to special projects and other legal initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be actively enrolled as a 1st or 2nd year law student.
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- Must be located in St. Louis for the duration of the summer internship.
Job Information:
- Duration: End of May through early August
- Pay Rate: $16 per hour
