This position will be responsible for driving revenue through the sale of group tickets, premium seating, suites, and multi-game packages for Louisville City FC and Racing Louisville FC. This role combines proactive outbound sales, timely follow-up on inbound leads, and the development of long-term client relationships.

Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings during Louisville City FC and Racing Louisville FC home games and special events.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sell and service group tickets, season packages, premium seating, mini plans, and suite rentals through calls, emails, meetings, and events.
- Prospect new clients, follow up on inbound leads, and build strong relationships with existing accounts.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales activity and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales activity and pipeline reports.
- Represent the Club at community and networking events to generate new business.
- Support gameday operations, including staffing sales locations, managing group experiences, and assisting with on-field activations.
- Collaborate with Club and stadium staff to fulfill group requests and ensure a positive fan experience.
- Participate in sales campaigns, promotions, and team events to grow revenue.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-3 years professional selling experience in the sports and live entertainment industry; direct group sales experience preferred
- Comfortable with cold calling and similar outbound sales methods.
- Strong computer skills, ideally with experience using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and occasional holidays for home matches and special events.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment comprehensive background check is required.
