The Seasonal Landscaper supports the Grounds Department in maintaining the landscaping, playing surfaces, and surrounding grounds at Lynn Family Stadium, Champions Park Training Facility, and Thurman-Hutchins Park.
This is a part-time seasonal position with hours varying based on operational and event needs through November. Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Shifts may exceed 12 hours on event days.
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Maintain the landscape at Lynn Family Stadium, Champions Training Facility, and Thurman-Hutchins Park;
Duties include mowing grass, planting flowers, weed-eating, pruning trees, mulching, fertilizing, and spraying weeds.
Maintaining and cleaning parking lots of weeds and trash.
Assist with Field operations as needed.
Assist with routine cleaning, maintenance, and proper storage of groundskeeping equipment and tools.
Perform additional groundskeeping and facility support duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire.
- Prior experience working on athletic fields or outdoor facilities preferred.
- Familiarity with all equipment necessary to maintain landscape (mowing, fertilizing, pruning, etc.)
- Chemical spray license preferred but not required.
- Experience working in or willingness to learn equipment maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Employment with the Club is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment background check, where applicable and in accordance with applicable laws.
- All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Must be able to walk significant distances, including up and down stairs, as required throughout the venue, as well as stand, sit, walk, bend, kneel, climb, grasp, stretch, stoop, and reach above head in conjunction with tasks.
- Ability and willingness to work in all types of adverse weather conditions (i.e., heat, rain, cold, snow, wind).
