We are looking for a talented and motivated professional to join our Corporate Partnerships team. This at-will, full-time position works on the Partnership Marketing team, in conjunction with corporate partnership Sales Managers and Directors to implement tactical execution plans as outlined within partnership contracts, provide excellence in customer service, and maintain outstanding relationships with existing clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: 
  • In collaboration with the Corporate Sponsorship Sales Team, participates in ideation, strategy, and planning sessions for prospective partners
  • Attends meetings with the Sales Team with prospective partners
  • Works in conjunction with the Sales Team to create executive summaries and proposals presented to prospective partners 
  • Establishes strong working relationships with assigned partner accounts through regular communication and understanding of partner business goals and initiatives
  • Executes day-to-day operations, activation, and development of assigned accounts; ensuring assets outlined in the contract, such as radio, internet, signage, print, and event marketing are fully executed.
  • Conducts regularly scheduled reviews with all existing partners to ensure contract success, and presents additional upsell opportunities to partners that help meet partner objectives
  • Manages both internal and external expectations on processes, timelines, approvals, and deadlines
  • Ensures sponsorship budget and profitability are reviewed and achieved
  • Manages the renewal of existing partner accounts
  • Works closely and maintains positive working relationships with other departments, including marketing, ticketing, game operations, team operations, and community relations
  • Uses CRM system to help manage assets, track activation, and streamline business processes
  • Assists with all assigned Game Day activities and promotions
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. 
  • 3 years of full-time sports marketing experience. 
  • Proven success in sales
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong background and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management(CRM) software tools.
  • Strong presentation skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Successfully perform in a high-paced environment
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to pass a background check. 
  • Available to work evenings and weekends for home games. 
PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Preference will be given to applicants with previous experience in building and maintaining relationships with professional soccer. 
  • Preference will be given to applicants with extensive knowledge of sports sponsorship contacts and asset development 
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The job requires regularly lifting/pushing up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifting/pushing more than 25 pounds or exerting heavy force, in a wide disparity or environmental conditions. The job involves standing, stooping, bending, lifting, pushing, etc.
