SUMMARY
The Director of Marketing will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand, fan experience, and growth of the Utah Royals FC. This leader will be responsible for developing and executing bold, integrated marketing strategies that strengthen our connection with fans, cultivate loyalty programs, and elevate the club’s visibility locally and nationally.
The Director will oversee creative and digital campaigns, partnership activations, fan engagement, and matchday marketing plans, ensuring every touchpoint contributes to fan growth and revenue goals. Working cross-functionally with ticketing, merchandise, partnerships, communications, content, and community teams, this role will champion the Royals’ mission and values while ensuring fans, partners, and community feel welcomed, valued, and heard.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of executing digital-first, data-driven marketing strategies in sports, live entertainment, or consumer brands, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where creativity, collaboration, and innovation are essential.
