JOB TITLE: Part-time Associate, Growth Marketing (30 hours per week)

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Part Time Associate, Growth Marketing role plays a pivotal part in expanding the club’s fan base and deepening engagement. This position supports data-driven marketing initiatives designed to attract new fans, convert interest into ticket sales, and strengthen long-term loyalty. This role will provide a unique experience to learn and assist in the creation of marketing campaigns across email, paid media, and CRM platforms.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Support the planning, execution, and optimization of fan acquisition and retention campaigns across digital channels.
- Manage campaign setup in collaboration with marketing, ticketing, and business intelligence teams.
- Assist in developing creative briefs, tracking performance metrics, and providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Monitor and analyze key growth KPIs
- Contribute ideas for new growth initiatives, testing opportunities, and ways to enhance the fan journey.
- Manage feedback and day to day maintenance of the club’s loyalty program
- Follow brand guideline and ensure quality communication to new and existing fans
WHO YOU ARE:
- 1–3 years of marketing experience, ideally within sports, entertainment, or a high-growth consumer brand.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude, open to trying new ideas, eager to learn and highly organized
- Thrive in a collaborative environment
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and maintain a high level of professionalism within a professional sports environment
- Additional language/s is a plus.
ADDITIONAL REQUIRMENTS:
- Applicant must be able to comply with MLS Next Safety and Well-Being policy and any other applicable child safety policies provided to applicants by NYCFC
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as necessary

COMPENSATION:
This nonexempt position has an hourly rate of $20.00/ hour and is overtime eligible. Final compensation offer amounts are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, and some role-dependent factors such as certifications and software expertise.
