About OL Reign
OL Reign was established in 2012 as a founding member of the National Women’s Soccer League. The twelve-team NWSL is widely considered to be the most competitive women’s professional soccer league in the world. Over its first ten seasons, OL Reign captured three times the NWSL Shield while making six appearances in the NWSL postseason. In 2019, the club was acquired by Olympique Lyonnais, one of Europe’s most iconic football clubs. OL Reign plays its home matches at Lumen Field in Seattle, Washington.

OL Reign is seeking a passionate and highly motivated Account Executive to join in an entry level position on the ticketing team. The primary role of this position is to generate revenue through ticket sales by assessing client needs and supporting the ticketing team through the sale of season tickets, group tickets, suites, flex plans, fundraisers, single tickets and other ticket sales programs that will help support efforts to grow overall attendance. 
  • Manage day-to-day inbound calls while balancing high volume outbound calling as assigned by supervisor.  
  • Responsible for offering a full menu of ticket products to individuals and businesses including season tickets, flex plans, group tickets, and renewals as assigned. 
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of all team ticket sales efforts including planning and marketing in order to reach the team goal. 
  • High volume outbound calling with direction from Director of Ticket Sales 
  • Be present at meetings with potential clients and events to prospect and close sales. 
  • Renew and upsell flex plan ticket holders and multiple single match buyers. 
  • Perform seat visit during games to your current book of business or to support of sales team. 
  • Work games, nights, weekends and holidays as assigned (i.e. answer phones, work sales booths, visit clients). Schedule will otherwise be 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. 
  • Represent the organization at in-house events and off-site community / business events promoting sales. 
  • Prospect and qualify all potential sales opportunities in addition to the leads provided. 
  • Maintain computerized records of all customers and prospects with our CRM system. 
  • Provide excellent customer service to prospects and current clients over the phone and during games and events. 
  • Attend weekly meetings and actively participate in training sessions. 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned. 

  • Knowledge of and passion for professional women's soccer a plus 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sport management, business, entrepreneurship, sales or a related field 
  • Excellent relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • Outgoing, self-starter that can steadily pursue and close sales in a team environment.  
  • Ability to work independently and remain focused on sales goals.  
  • Superior attention to detail and customer service.  
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint or other software programs. 
  • Knowledge and passion for soccer preferred. 
  • Experience or knowledge of Ticketmaster platforms, Fevo and/or Salesforce a plus

Account Executives starting rate is $22 per hour for a 40-hour week with inclusion into the sales team overall bonus structure
