JOB SUMMARY
The Manager of Data Innovation and Strategy is primarily responsible for overseeing management of the organization’s data systems and tools along with supporting the design, development, and distribution of data analysis, strategic recommendations and reporting cross-functionally. The position will consult with departments to provide essential support in the creation of strategies, including developing the fanbase, enhancing the service and value provided to customers, revenue growth and operational efficiencies.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
·      Lead the tactical administration of the CRM system including user management, data hygiene, data manipulation and reporting/dashboards

·      Offer daily support to leadership regarding cross-departmental campaign strategy, planning, execution, activity tracking and reporting

·      Provide training and assistance for stakeholders across the organization to aid in platform utility

·      Manage third party relationships

·      Coordinate data integration and management with various vendors and conduct data quality audits

·      Aid sales and marketing initiatives through consumer targeting, market research and segmentation analysis

·      Determine business information needs, identify system requirements, KPIs and methods to assist with operational and strategic planning

·      Analyze, review, forecast and present information for operational and business planning

·      Discover, propose and implement process improvements

·      Develop, maintain and distribute a portfolio of reports


QUALIFICATIONS
·      Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment and as part of a team, taking on tasks at all levels

·      Bachelors or advanced degree in business, mathematics or the sciences

·      3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics roles

·      Experience using/managing CRM platforms (Salesforce/SFMC preferred)

·      Knowledge of ticketing systems (Archtics preferred)

·      Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI preferred)

·      Ability to build strong and collaborative relationships with team and business partners

·      Excellent communication (oral and written), analytical, abstract reasoning and organization skills

·      Ability to appropriately handle confidential matters and information

·      Ability to work independently and meet project and campaign deadlines

·      Strong attention to detail, excellent planning skills and ability to meet deadlines

·      Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on the changing priorities of the department, including evenings and weekends for events as needed
