An innovative, visual storyteller to share the excitement of our inaugural season, the strength of our team, and this beautiful game.

This is a full-time role where our Graphic Designer concepts, designs, and creates visual materials to showcase our club and community. At Wave FC, we collaborate and work closely together. This position will work with our internal teams such as corporate partnerships, ticketing, and communications to deliver on creative requests that are on-brand and aligned with strategic initiatives. ROLE & RESPONSIBILIITES:

Share in our mission.
Design on-brand creative assets from concept to completion optimized to support our club business operations; including but not limited to marketing materials, corporate sponsorship proposals, ticketing, and premium service campaigns.
Participate in discussions with marketing, sponsorship, and merchandise teams to create spec artwork for merchandise, digital content pieces for social media, promo items, and more
Create in-game stadium presentation graphic assets for static & digital field boards, and for stadium jumbotron at home games.
Collaborate with marketing to provide POV on our club’s brand identity and all public facing marketing materials.
Produce engaging graphics that illustrate a high-level of interpretation of the club’s brand
Organize and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines for business operations
Archive and store all assets for ease of retrieval

QUALIFIED?

5+ years of graphic design experience
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - particularly After Effects, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere.
Experience with MS Office suite, and project management software
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet project deadlines
Available for game day and other events (often outside of traditional business hours:
Professional, positive, and proactive
Effective communication skills, solid attention to detail, and solutions orientated
Desire and ability to take on responsibilities in a fast-paced, start-up environment
Passion for the success of Women’s Professional Sports in an exciting new sports landscape
