We are on a mission to build a world class home for players and fans that will be loved locally and respected globally. And we are seeking a Part-Time Equipment Coordinator to join our mission by supporting our players and technical team. This role ensures players have what they need, when they need it, on a reduced, part‑time schedule that includes select weekends, game days, and occasional non‑traditional hours during the season. The position pays between $20-22 per hour depending upon experience.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILIITES:
As a part‑time Equipment Coordinator, you will support the full‑time equipment staff by taking on scheduled shifts and shared responsibilities, including:
  • Share in our mission. 
  • Assist with daily equipment management during assigned training sessions and home game days, including set-up and breakdown.
  • Assist and support technical team and players during trainings and matches as needed.
  • Assist in apparel distribution to players and staff during scheduled shifts.
  • After assigned training and games, launder apparel and clean soiled equipment.
  • Help maintain and organize inventory of equipment, apparel, and footwear.
  • For away games, prepare and pack necessary apparel and equipment for traveling team.
  • Assist with preparation for away matches, including packing apparel and equipment for the traveling team (no travel required). 
  • Support non-traveling player sessions by helping set up and break down equipment at the training facility during away-game periods.
  • Assist with equipment transportation to and from training facility, stadiums, bus/van/shuttles as scheduled.
  • Support home game day operations including planning, prepping, set-up, break-down, and clean-up.
  • Act as a liaison and assist visiting team with equipment needs during home matches. 
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned based on staffing needs and shift availability.
 Note: Parttime staff will be scheduled based on team needs, event schedules, and availability. Hours will vary week to week depending on training schedules, match calendars, and operational demands.

QUALIFIED?
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience in a professional sports environment preferred
  • Available to work weekends, game days, and other times (often outside of traditional business hours)
  • Professional, positive, and proactive
  • Effective communication skills, strong attention to detail, and solutions-orientated
  • Desire and ability to take on responsibilities in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Passion for the success of Women’s Professional Sports
  • Intermediate applied knowledge of MS Office suite
