SUMMARY: 
This position is responsible for assisting the ticketing department with ticket operations for NC Courage and NCFC. They will be responsible for ensuring the ticketing system is functioning properly and efficiently. They will handle tasks such as ticket resolution, fulfillment, matchday support, as well as acting as a liaison between external and internal customers in a positive and professional manner. The individual should have a passion for a career in professional sports and be available to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends, especially as it relates to matches and other events.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Have a project manager mindset to handle and manage multiple projects meeting deadlines.
  • Ticket operations management including building all event components on various systems, inventory control, pricing creation, plan purchase and renewal invoice procedures, payment plans, and online ticket management.
  • Assist ticketing representatives with questions and troubleshooting ticketing issues.
  • Work in collaboration with Jump and other technology platforms to drive revenue through innovation and utilization of the software capabilities.
  • Box Office lead for gameday staff while performing event day responsibilities, including cash handling, scheduling, troubleshooting ticketing issues, and monitoring ticket scanning devices. 
  • Review or perform balancing, depositing, and reporting of ticket receipts in conjunction with Finance Department.
  • Provide exemplary service to all guests, clients, promoters; internally and externally.
  • Work in coordination with Sales, Marketing & Sponsorship Departments to build offers/promotions on Jump.
  • Prepare sales reports for upper management as needed.
  • Work events at WakeMed Soccer Park, including soccer matches, third party, and other events as needed. 
  • File team reports for the NWSL and USL on a weekly and monthly basis as well as game day reports.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in ticket operations or box office management .
  • Minimum 3 year of ticket operations experience with Ticketmaster, specifically Archtics and Account Manager and/or other. Ticketing Platforms such as SeatGeek.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office products.
  • Display high level of integrity, positivity, creativity, and accountability in all aspects of the job.
  • Strong time management, administrative aptitude, organization, and customer service skills.
  • Must have a positive attitude and be open to learning, with superior work ethic.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, match nights, and outside events as needed.

The job requires regularly lifting/pushing up to 15 pounds and occasionally lifting/pushing more than 25 pounds or exerting heavy force, in a wide disparity or environmental conditions. The job involves standing, stooping, bending, lifting, pushing, etc.
