Soccer Operations Internship – Spring 2026 (January - March) - NC Courage  (Credit Hours Only)

The North Carolina Football Club is seeking a Soccer Operations Intern that will play a vital role in collaborating closely with the NC Courage Soccer Operations Team to handle training session preparations, nutrition station restocks, team outing planning, travel logistics, and other duties as assigned. Additionally, you will be a key player in assisting with preseason preparations. You  will have the unique opportunity to learn the daily operations of the first teams, like the NWSL’s NC Courage.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES
·       Assisting soccer operations department with preseason preparations including but not limited to: team gear distribution, travel logistics for preseason trip, and player transitions in or out of market. 
·       Work closely with Player Care Manager to stock the fueling station and player lounge weekly.
·       Provide support for Team Administrator to coordinate small travel logistics, like pre-game meals.
·       Offer support for non-traveling trainings.
·       Assist Player Care Manager in logistical preparations for the U23 NC Courage, if necessary. 
·       Opportunities to shadow other departments within the front office to gain valuable experience in a professional sporting environment.
·       Secure appropriate training sites, coordinate equipment needs, and facilitate the execution of effective training sessions
·       Gain insights into the daily operations of the first team, enhancing your understanding of professional sports management. 
·       Collaborate with the Equipment Manager to assist in training set-ups, ensuring all necessary equipment is prepared for practices and events. 
·       Connecting with the NC Courage coaching and match day staff for team operations.
·       Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
·      Proficient knowledge in the sport of soccer
·      Eager to learn and hard working 
·      Organized and professional 
·      Proactive work ethic 
·      Currently enrolled in a local university or technical school, and looking to earn school credit towards course credit or for a required academic internship
