Job Description

The North Carolina Courage, which plays in the National Women’s Soccer League, is seeking part-time, seasonal Suite Attendants, Bartenders, and Field Seat Servers. This position will serve to create a successful fan experience for NC Courage patrons in the premium spaces by efficiently executing setup and breakdown and in game operation of these spaces as well as providing outstanding customer service to these patrons. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

Suite Attendant 

  • Execute full setup, breakdown, and cleanup of the suite.  
  • Responsible for cleaning up remaining food, trash, catering supplies, and décor at the end of the night.  
  • Assist catering partners upon arrival and showing them where to go.  
  • Monitor and maintain food and beverage levels. Restocking as needed.  
  • Clearing any empty plates, cups, or picking up other trash to maintain the look of a clean suite.  
  • Communicate with manager for requests for custodial services to clean spills and empty trash cans. 
  • Provide customer service to patrons in the premium spaces. 
  • All other duties as assigned by the managers and supervisors. 
Bartender 

  • Properly check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age. 
  • Be attentive and interact with customers, make recommendations. 
  • Responsible for maintaining bar inventory, supplies and communicating with manager to restock as needed.  
  • Responsible to learn or have knowledge of various beers, wine varieties, and spirits available. 
  • Other duties as assigned such as set-up and cleaning of bar equipment as required and assisting with organization of the cooler.  
Field Seat Servers 

  • Provide efficient and timely customer service. 
  • Work as a team with other servers to provide excellent service to guests. 
  • Dispose of any empty cups, plates, or other trash from guests. 
  • Confirm accuracy of order and seat number. 
  • Properly check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age when alcohol is ordered. 
QUALIFICATIONS 
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on the event schedule. 
  • Must be able to work at least 80% of home games for the NC Courage throughout the 2026 season. 
  • Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.  
  • Must be 21 to work as a bartender. 
  • Strong customer service skills.  
  • Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate effectively. 
  • Provide excellent customer service and interactions with fans to ensure they are maximizing their game day experience enjoyment.
