The North Carolina Football Club, the parent organization of the North Carolina Courage (first-division women’s pro soccer team playing in the NWSL) and North Carolina FC (second-division men’s pro soccer team playing in USL Championship), is seeking a Live Production Coordinator. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management and coordination of all event presentations and production for the club, including live game broadcasts and non-game day events. They will work closely with the broadcast team and outside vendors to create a dynamic game day environment and ensure minimal technical disruptions across the in-game experience.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Collaborate with both internal departments and external partners to ideate and execute content for broadcast and in-stadium productions.
- Manage and load content within systems designed for the videoboard, LED board systems, and digital menu boards ahead of events.
- Convert/transcode videos and photos for video playback and archiving.
- Work closely with the Manager, Live Production & IT, and the Town of Cary on video board infrastructure.
- Maintain existing file structures and organization, completing clean-up as needed across all file storage systems.
- Assist in Special Event production, recording, and streaming as needed, including the production of Courage and NCFC U-23 matches.
- Assist in creating the broadcast run of show, LED content schedule, and coordinating broadcast needs for NCFC, NC Courage and U-23 teams.
- Operate various positions as needed on game days for NCFC, NC Courage, and U-23 teams.
- Coordinate and schedule freelance positions for use on game days as needed. Ensure freelance staff have accurate and up to date logistical and show related information for every game day.
- Manage and update digital signage systems in partnership with other internal departments. Coordinate with internal and external teams on special event displays as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast or Media Production, Communications, or a related field.
- 1 – 3 years of multimedia experience inclusive of live event and broadcast production.
- Knowledge of industry-standard software and technology, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Ross Carbonite, Ross Xpression, Click Effects Crossfire and Blaze, and 3Play.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication, resolution, and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of basic computer hardware and software, operating systems, networking concepts, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
