The North Carolina Courage, a member of the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL), is launching the Courage Show Team—a brand-new, high-energy fan engagement team built to amplify the matchday atmosphere, connect with our community, and create unforgettable moments in and beyond the stadium.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead chants and hype the crowd
- Engage fans throughout the stadium
- Support in-game promotions and activations
- Bring energy to every matchday moment
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Outgoing, confident, and high-energy
- Comfortable performing in front of large crowds
- Reliable and available for all home matches
- Dance, cheer, or performance experience is a plus (not required)
- Ability to reliably attend all scheduled games, rehearsals, and events, including evenings and weekends
DETAILS
Part-Time | Seasonal
$12/hour + team gear + game-day perks
TIME COMMITMENT
- Attendance at all NC Courage home matches
- Participation in scheduled rehearsals and select events
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the stadium for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to perform light choreography, dance, or high-energy movement, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Comfortable working in outdoor conditions (heat, humidity, and varying weather)
AUDITION PROCESS
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Selected candidates will be invited to sign up for a panel/group audition at one of three available dates and times.
During the audition, you’ll have the chance to bring the energy—create an original chant or perform a Courage chant—and answer a few questions so we can get to know you and your style.
