Who are we hiring?
This position is responsible for managing all payroll activities.  This includes the collection of all necessary information, reviewing employee timesheets, updating payroll records, computing, and inputting wages and investigating and resolving any payroll issues.

What will you do?
  • Managing electronic timekeeping systems or manually collecting and reviewing timesheets within Advanced Business Integrators (ABI) and Paycor. 
  • Inputting employee data, hours, wage rates, benefits and deductions into electronic payroll system.
  • Providing information and answering employee questions about payroll related matters.
  • Calculating payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholdings, and deductions.
  • Preparing and issuing earnings statements and other statements as required.
  • Issuing paychecks and managing direct deposits.
  • Maintaining employee records.
  • Coordinating with the HR department to ensure payroll transactions comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Providing administrative assistance to the accounting department.
What do you need to succeed?
  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Degree in business administration, finance, or accounting preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience working in a payroll office.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software programs.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of relevant legal regulations.
  • Able to prioritize and multitask effectively.
