Ticket Sales and Services: Premium/Suite Sales
Position Summary: 
Kansas City Women’s Soccer is seeking an experienced revenue generator with a strong passion for sales and women’s sports.  This position will be responsible for generating full menu revenue including full season tickets, partial plan tickets and group tickets with a focus on premium inventory and corporate sales.  This role will be responsible for generating leads through prospecting, cold-calling, face to face meeting and relationship building.  This position will also be responsible for servicing all premium KC NWSL season ticket members as well as assist the VP of Ticket Sales & Service with overall new business strategy and execution related to premium seating.  The Director of Premium Sales & Service will work within the sales and service team and report to the VP of Ticket Sales & Service.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:  
  • Prospect and qualify new potential premium and corporate sales opportunities
  • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals
  • Execute all assigned sales campaigns and training
  • Attended networking events 
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Perform game-day responsibilities, including entertaining clients and creating new business opportunities and being the primary contact for all premium spaces
  • Renew and retain accounts on an annual basis
  • Conduct face to face meetings
  • Follow the contact management guidelines
  • Participate and contribute to weekly sales and service department huddles and training sessions
  • Attend off-site events to generate sales leads
  • Assist the VP of Ticket Sales and Tickets with overall new business development and ideation
  • Help in the hiring and managing of the inside sales internship program
  • Collaborate with VP of Tickets to train Account Executive team and inside sales program in areas related to premium and corporate sales
  • Assist with any other special projects or duties as assigned

Minimum Education and Qualifications: 
  • Bachelors’ Degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related field
  • Five years of experience in professional sports ticket sales
  • Three years of experience in formalizing sales proposals
  • Working knowledge of sports and sports teams, soccer and/or women’s professional sports preferred
  • In lieu of a Degree and previously mentioned experience, six years of sales experience with experience in formalizing sales proposals may be considered
