Hype Crew Members
Become part of the Gotham FC Hype Crew! The Hype Crew is a group of passionate, energetic people who bring our matchday fan experiences to life. The team is an extension of the club – interacting with fans, creating energy in our Fan Fest and in-stadium experiences, and overall ensuring an unforgettable experience for our fans.
As a member of the Hype Crew, you will execute setup, operation, fan-facing activations, and breakdown of our experiences.
We’re looking for energetic, outgoing people who can juggle multiple tasks, adhere to guidance and direction given by the Fan Experience team, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Your skills include:
- Confidence in talking to large groups of people, including in large groups of fans of 100 or more
- Passion for soccer, women’s sports
- Experience in event production, street marketing, and/or brand ambassadorship a plus
- Ability to carry up to 50lbs
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to take direction & work seamlessly in a team
- Ability to navigate fan needs and problem-solve in real-time.
- Must be able to work off hours, including nights & weekends.

Additional dates for flyering & promotional activations may arise.
Location: Based at Red Bull Arena in Harrison, NJ (a 5-minute walk from the PATH Station). Team members are responsible for their own transportation to and from the game.
Job type: Part-time, Non-Exempt position
Salary range: $200 per day
