Angel City Football Club is looking for exceptional individuals to help build the fiercest, most inclusive fanbase in soccer as part of the ACFC Street Team. The Team is ACFC’s on-the-ground representative for the club at community-building events, educating potential audiences and engaging with individuals and organizations in order to build meaningful long-term relationships. Activities include running soccer coaching/drills at youth clinics, executing entertainment, and overseeing various brand activations, including setup and breakdown. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Community Programs.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Execute grassroots marketing promotions throughout Southern California as assigned, including but not limited to youth soccer tournaments, community events, festivals, races, parades, concerts, and away game watch parties
  • Acquire and collect lead data at all events for future marketing and sales efforts
  • Facilitate team activations at events while providing superb customer service and displaying excitement about the organization.
  • Act as the face of the Angel City Football Club in Los Angeles’ diverse community at live events, youth/adult soccer tournaments, and community events.
  • Oversee accurate distribution and inventory/sales of merchandise
  • Perform physical tasks related to the overall daily operations at community events/youth club practices/games and other ACFC fan events, including setup/breakdown, soccer clinic run-throughs, and other logistical needs.
  • Assist with the safe and secure setup/displaying of all club marketing assets for events, including vehicles, tents, inflatables, games, and interactive elements
  • Answer guests' questions in a timely fashion as it relates to the club, membership, support groups, and season tickets. 
  • Generate leads for potential community events
  • Adhere to time-sensitive schedules during all live events
  • Update availability weekly

Here’s What We’re Looking For:
  • Bilingual a plus (Spanish, Korean, Chinese, Armenian)
  • Candidates must be able available to attend a minimum of 50% of all Community Outreach Events and a minimum of 7 ACFC Home Matches
  • Candidates must maintain a professional demeanor around entertainment groups and high-profile talent.
  • Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Candidates must exhibit a personable, professional attitude and work well in a team environment.
  • Prior experience with live entertainment/sports/sales is a plus, preferably professional sports.
  • Candidates must be high-energy, positive team players and work well with others.
  • All members of the Street Team must be able to lift heavy items (up to 40 lbs) and perform some manual labor with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Love for the beautiful game is highly preferred! 

Applicant must:
  • Have authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regular travel to events across Southern California
  • Be able to work game day/nights, weekends, and other various events

Compensation:
  • This role pays $20.00 per hour and is a part-time position.
