We are seeking a hard-working, trustworthy, and dependable Equipment Coordinator to support the Head Equipment Manager on all day-to-day activities. The candidate should be highly motivated and assist in the operations of the First Team and Staff as well as Soccer Operations staff in the equipment room for both training and game days and on the field at practice sessions.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Equipment Manager in the necessary and timely preparation for all games and practices
  • Assist in day-to-day preparation and management of equipment needs
  • Assist with preparation and distribution of all gear (training, travel, and home match) necessities
  • Help coaching staff/medical staff deliver equipment to field prior to training
  • Collect and inventory field equipment daily
  • Assist with washing all training kits immediately following training
  • Work with the Head Equipment Manager to heat transfer training, travel, & gameday apparel
  • Assist with loading and unloading of equipment van for each match
  • Work with the Head Equipment Manager to organize, inventory and manage kit room and laundry room
  • Adhere to standards set forth by NWSL regarding kit, equipment and game-day operations
  • Organizes ordering process for toiletries, locker room supplies, and laundry
  • Manage ordering of field equipment
  • Facilitates referee needs on match days
  • Assist with accommodating Visiting Team equipment requests (ball bags, towels,
  • laundry)
  • Assist in cleaning up team bench and locker room post-home games
  • Lead end-of-season inventory count

Qualifications
  • Knowledge and passion for soccer
  • Experience in equipment management at either the professional or D1 level, preferred
  • Able to work successfully in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks at once
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Programs
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information
  • Strong work ethic, team-oriented attitude, and enthusiasm for contributing to the success of the Club 
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and execute in a timely manner 
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times 
  • Available to work weekends, game days, and other times (often outside of traditional business hours)
  • Available to travel as needed

Skills, Abilities, and Other Attributes
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time

Compensation
In addition to the benefits above, this role pays between $22.00 and $24.00 per hour.
