POSITION OVERVIEW:
This individual will be a part of the Nashville SC Technical Operations team at Geodis Park. Assisting with the planning and execution of A/V support for private events and managing content for NSC matchdays.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collaborate with events team to understand audio-video requirements for private events.
  • Set up, strike, and operate audio-visual equipment for various events happening in Geodis Park. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during events.
  • Manage digital content for private events. 
  • Manage all content related to NSC matchdays, including video clips, graphics, and LED content.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Audio-Visual Production, Media Technology, or related field preferred.
  • 1 -2 years of proven experience in audio-visual coordination for events, preferably in a sports or entertainment venue.
  • Familiarity with live event production and the challenges associated with large-scale gatherings.
  • Proficient in operating professional A/V equipment, including digital audio consoles, wireless microphones, projectors, cameras, and lighting.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to address technical issues promptly.
  • Familiarity with content creation and management tools (Adobe Suite).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing event dynamics.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs to move equipment around stadium for various events. 
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Year-round outdoor work for major events.
  • Qualified Promise Zones Residents given priority treatment.
