Position Summary
The Stadium Event Staff serves as a frontline representative for Huntsville City FC, assisting guests and staff during events and ensuring a safe, positive, and professional stadium environment. This role includes ticketing, wayfinding, guest support, and facility management tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as a frontline representative assisting guests and staff at all entry points of the stadium.
- Secure gates and access points to ensure only ticketed/credentialed guests enter.
- Direct fans around the facility and communicate stadium policies.
- Respond to guest questions regarding wayfinding and mobile ticketing.
- Understand stadium layout, policies, and procedures.
- Address guest concerns respectfully and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Assist with stadium set-up, including checking assigned areas, elevators, and delivering equipment such as radios, tablets, and ISS devices.
- Supervisory roles available for qualified individuals.

Minimum Requirements
- Availability for 6-8 hours per shift, 15-20 events per year.
- Attend all required in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Ability to stand, walk, or walk up and down stairs throughout an event.
- Enjoy helping others and working within a team environment.

Working Conditions
- Event-based, variable schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Primarily outdoor stadium environment with extended periods of standing and walking.
