As an Assistant, Equipment Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating a successful practice and match environment for the players and coaches. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track the issuance of all equipment given to first team coaches, technical staff and players.
- Daily maintenance of equipment including laundering and general upkeep of equipment.
- Execute the preparation of facilities pre- and post-training.
- Assist in equipment duties with the Earthquakes 2nd team when necessary.
- Other duties as determined by the Soccer Operations Department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (recommended)
- Valid driver’s license
- 1-3 year experience in equipment management – preferably in soccer
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with others
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, particularly tasks that are time sensitive
- Fluency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PPT
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
