Peregrine Sports, LLC. is looking for friendly, outgoing, engaging, and enthusiastic individuals who want to be involved in the excitement of stadium events.

Summary:
Fan Experience staff act as the primary providers of exceptional service as they engage in conversation and direct fans entering and attending stadium events. Fan Experience staff ensure that safety guidelines and company procedures are followed by fans, creating a secure and memorable experience for everyone.

Qualifications: 
• Customer service background is beneficial

• Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English. Spanish is a plus

• An outgoing and friendly engaging personality 

• The ability to work independently and be flexible in all positions

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure smooth event operations

• Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities during events

• Must meet company-grooming and appearance standards 

• High school diploma or GED required for applicants 18 years of age or older;

• Applicants age 16–17 must be actively working toward a high school diploma.

Work Environment:
• Comfortable in heavy crowd traffic and high noise levels

• Willing to work in all types of weather, including rain, wind, sun exposure, and extreme heat and cold.

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time (up to 6hrs)

• Regularly walk up and down cement steps

Responsibilities:
• Greet fans and scan tickets. 

• Help ensure contraband items do not enter the building.

• Distribute hand-outs before, during or after the event as needed. 

• Ushering and directing fans to seats and amenities in the stadium. 

• Monitoring assigned areas ensuring fan conduct follows stadium policies. 

• Perform crowd control functions during events as needed. 

• Act as a member of the emergency evacuation team. 

• Assisting and performing wheelchair escorts for special needs fans. 

• Communicate clearly and effectively via radio to coordinate tasks and share important updates.

• Monitor parking lot and bike parking areas.

• Perform other duties as assigned. 

Requirements:
•  Availability for Timbers and Thorns home matches is required [Regular season, US Open Cup, Leagues Cup, Post-Season]. You do, however, have the opportunity to **N/A  8 matches per season

• Weekend availability is essential (Matches may occasionally be scheduled on weekdays, and availability will be required for those as well)

• You are asked to work concerts and other special events.

• Must pass a background check

•Must be 16 years of age or older to apply; candidates age 16–17 must be working toward a high school diploma.

*If you have season tickets for the Timbers and/or the Thorns, you are expected to communicate [verbal or email] with Saffron Gutierrez, Fan Experience Manager, to discuss your availability.

Pay Rate: $18 hour starting

*Fan Experience attendants are seasonal employees and are staffed on an “as needed” basis. Hours per week may vary due to the event schedule.
