We’re looking for a skilled Audio Engineer to support matchday in-stadium audio for Major League Soccer. You’ll manage RF, field mics, comms, and pitch‑level audio for live presentations in a fast‑paced, outdoor, high‑energy environment.
Primary Job Functions:
• Deploy and monitor wireless mics for sideline talent, in‑venue hosts, and pre‑match elements
• Assist with intercom for production and game ops crews
• Support A1 with line checks, overall stadium audio QC, assisted listening system and broadcast‑truck integration
• Troubleshoot audio/RF issues on the fly during live play
• Assist with matchday load‑in, setup, and strike
Qualifications
• Experience with live sports or broadcast audio
• Strong RF knowledge (Shure/Sennheiser preferred)
• Comfortable working pitch‑side in all weather conditions
• Excellent communication and fast problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and match‑driven schedules
Additional Skills
• MLS or professional soccer experience
• Dante certification
