The Senior Account Executive, Premium Sales is part of the Ticket Sales & Services department for Minnesota United FC (MNUFC), a sports business located in the Twins Cities area of Minnesota and a member of Major League Soccer (MLS), the top tier soccer league in North America.

Position Summary:
As a Senior Account Executive for Premium Sales, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional fan experience at Allianz Field through the sale of full-season tickets, group outings, and premium seating. This advanced sales role is targeted for those focused on selling exceptional experiences business-to-business, driving revenue through our premium ticketing products via prospecting, phone calls, and in-person appointments. As a Ticket Sales & Service leadership team, we are committed to the process of developing our sales executives on both a personal and professional level.

What You’ll Do:
  • Be at the forefront of generating excitement and revenue by selling full-season tickets, corporate group outings, and premium seating opportunities including multi-year suite and loge box leases for one of the premier soccer-specific stadiums in the country
  • Develop and manage strategies to grow usage of corporate market share within the Twin Cities for ticket sales with a focus on premium sales
  • Achieve target touchpoint goals through outbound calls, out-of-office appointments, networking events, and targeted emails
  • Prospect, create, and work a pipeline of business leads in the Twin Cities to host regular events at MNUFC matches
  • Be a team player who helps us reach team goals, both by individually reaching your goal, while also supporting your teammates
  • Engage with guests on matchdays at Allianz Field and various events in the community
  • Record communication with future MNUFC fans in the CRM system
  • Create lifelong memories and experiences to new and existing fans of MNUFC

What You’ll Bring:
  • Have 3+ years of sales, service, or premium related experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals 
  • Strong business-to-business sales expertise
  • An outgoing personality with a strong work ethic and desire to exceed goals
  • Motivation to improve daily, and a high level of accountability
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills
  • Passion for building relationships and providing exceptional experiences
  • Collaboration as a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • A professional demeanor and a positive attitude
  • Flexibility in schedule, with the ability to work weekends and evenings as needed
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
  • Previous sports sales experience and ticket sales experience

Compensation and Benefits: 
Minnesota United FC values the contributions of our team members and is committed to transparency in our compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $24.25 per hour (non-exempt), plus incentive compensation. We provide a competitive benefits package that includes health coverage, retirement savings plans, paid time off, and additional perks to support you both personally and professionally.
