Position:
The Facility Operations Coordinator is part of the Stadium Operations Department for Minnesota United FC (MNUFC), a sports business located in the Twins Cities area of Minnesota and a member of Major League Soccer (MLS), the top tier soccer league in North America.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Facility Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day building operations, preventative maintenance programs, and event changeovers to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for all guests at Allianz Field. This position will be a key collaborator across stadium vendors and various departments within the Club to keep the stadium operating at a world-class level.

What You’ll Do:
- Support the management of match days and day-to-day event changeovers, supervising and scheduling part-time Stadium Operations Staff as we prepare the stadium for special events and MNUFC match days
- Coordinate between departments and stadium vendors including housekeeping, security, and special events to ensure we are operating behind the scenes effectively and efficiently
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping, conducting custodial audits and inspecting facility spaces to ensure our stadium is held to a high standard
- Monitor inventory and order replacement supplies for various maintenance items, toiletries, and other consumables to ensure our guests have a seamless experience using our stadium
- Maintain stadium amenities and perform necessary repairs on stadium seating, furniture, bathrooms, etc.
- Manage loading dock and storage spaces, coordinating with other departments regarding deliveries and packages, while maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Assist in the management of the CMMS, keeping detailed records of ongoing projects while responding to work orders in a timely manner

Physical Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be comfortable working in a hands-on, dynamic environment, including but not limited to:
- Standing for extended periods of time
- Lifting and carrying items up to 50 lbs.
- Operating in both indoor and outdoor settings, in all types of Minnesota weather

Compensation & Benefits:
Minnesota United FC values the contributions of our team members and is committed to transparency in our compensation practices. The compensation range for this role is $47,000 - $52,000 annually, with the final offer based on experience and qualifications. We provide a competitive benefits package that includes health coverage, retirement savings plans, paid time off, and additional perks to support you both personally and professionally.
