Facility Operations/Event Staff: Facility/Venue Management
Houston Dynamo FC and Houston Sports Park are seeking candidates for Team Facility Manager. This newly created position will play a pivotal role as point of contact between team and facility operations in providing championship level experience for staff and players. 
  • Interact with the team operations, health, and performance staff daily on facility related initiatives, projects, and issues.
  • Act as a liaison between team operations and facility operations. 
  • Represent facility operations in staff meetings. 
  • Act as a point of contact for departmental questions and provide quick resolutions.
  • Ensure field and locker room presentation is at professional standard prior to training and after training. 
  • Assist team with sideline set up and breakdown for trainings (equipment transportation, tents, coolers, etc.). 
  • Ensure mail and shipments are delivered to appropriate personnel 
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Minimum of 1 year experience. 
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and potential holidays.
  • Work well in team environment.
  • Multi-task and effectively problem solve.
  • Understands the game of soccer, facilities, grounds.
  • Have a positive attitude. 
  • Ability to build positive relationships.
  • Needs to be self-motivated, detail oriented, highly organized.
