POSITION SUMMARY:
Houston Dynamo FC is seeking candidates to join their digital team as Brand Marketing Manager. This key role will help manage the Club’s brand, voice and tone across all social media and digital platforms. This role will be responsible for executing brand strategy and brining vision to life. This role will be key in engaging new audiences and building brand affinity and club loyalty with new and old fans alike. 
 
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee, manage and execute social and digital media strategies.
  • Oversee planning and posting across all platforms. 
  • Key role in match day content and match day execution. 
  • Drive ideation and development of new ideas. 
  • Oversee and manage content calendar on a 60 day cycle. 
  • Leverage data to understand our fans and platforms. 
  • Engage multicultural fan bases across the city with both English and Spanish speaking content initiatives. 
  • Represent the Creative Brand Marketing team in key cross-organization meetings. 
  • Bring H-Town culture to life across our club. 
 
 
QUALIFICATION  & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
  • 3-5 years of professional experience. 
  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Demonstrate a history of brand and community building and development.
  • Strong working knowledge of content and social media platforms. 
  • Ability to understand and translate insights into data driven actions. 
  • A passionate storyteller with ability to build concise copy. 
  • Ability to work industry hours, including weekends and evenings. 
  • A strong understanding of soccer culture.
