Player Operations: Equipment Manager
Training Day Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management and preparation of equipment needs for First Team players and staff.
  • Organizes and prepares player lockers with equipment prior to training.
  • Helps coaching staff/medical staff deliver equipment to field prior to the start of training.
  • Collects and inventories all training equipment daily.
  • Washes all training kits immediately following training.
  • Responsible for organization and appearance of equipment room, locker room and common area.
Match Day Responsibilities: 
  • Sets up the team dressing room prior to match.
  • Responsible for ensuring players and staff follow league rules and protocols regarding equipment regulations.
  • Facilitates referee equipment requests.
  • Assist with accommodating visiting team equipment requests as the home team.
  • Prepares and transports all the field equipment to the field prior to warm-up.
  • Organizes and cleans up the home bench and the Lockerroom area.
Team Travel: 
  • Some travel is required with the team for away matches (pre-season, regular season, playoffs, post-season).
  • Coordinates with technical, medical, and administrative staff to ensure that all travel coordination is organized related to equipment: laundry, equipment, airport transfers, and luggage.
Apparel & Equipment Management:
  • Works with equipment staff to manage, organize and inventory warehouse for first team.
  • Organizes ordering process for toiletries, laundry and Locker room supplies. 
Assistant Equipment Manager reports directly to Assistant General Manager/Director of Soccer Operations.
