Description:
The Columbus Crew is currently recruiting for an energetic, customer service focused Ticket Operations Coordinator to join our team.


The Ticket Operations Coordinator is responsible for the back of house ticketing process for all events at both Lower.com Field and Historic Crew Stadium. You will be working closely with our ticket sales staff as well as become an integral member of the Ticket Operations department.  


Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Accurate fulfillment of individual, group and season membership accounts throughout the Columbus Crew season (i.e. process financials, distribute tickets, create receipts, etc.)
  • Creates and manages the event building process through ticketing system (Ticketmaster)
  • Supervises Ticket Operations event day staff for all stadium events on non-traditional schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Aids in supervising all internship and part-time staff processes (interviews, education and training, scheduling)
  • Aids in ticket office management for staffing, fulfillment, and ticket related inquiries
  • Processes and fulfills all non-Crew event orders including concerts, additional sporting events, etc.
  • Works closely with the Finance department to create daily deposit summaries, payment transfers, check requests, etc.
  • Other responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Ticketmaster background with Archtics, TM Classic (HOST), and EMT
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products with in-depth experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a high-pressure environment
  • Accepts upon rotation, additional event responsibilities
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays, as required 
  • Customer service and cash handling/reconciling experience
