Club Greeter - Heineken Second Star Club 
The Chicago Fire Soccer Club is looking for a service-passionate individual for the Heineken Second Star Club Greeter position.  This person presents the first impression our guests and members will have when entering the all-inclusive luxury Club.  This position is required to work all Chicago Fire Home Matchdays – Please see schedule online.  Shifts are approx. 4-5 hours long.

Job Responsibilities:
· Greet incoming and departing Fans warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact; communicate the Club’s amenities and seating arrangements.  Check tickets and apply wristbands.
·  Check coats and bags as needed for guests.  Offer any giveaways and/or programs for the match.
·  Answer any Guest inquiries about the stadium and Club facility, including directions, food and beverage requests, etc.,
· Ensure all supplies are stocked and organized for the Greeter stand
· Adjust the TV and music programming according to matchday checklist
· Manage the fireplace settings 
· Manage the flow of Guests into the Club and ensure those waiting are acknowledged and greeted.
· Tend to any special Guest needs and requests working with the Season Ticket Sales Manager
· Be observant to Guests’ needs throughout the matchday experience to ensure they receive high quality service (i.e. notice a drink refill is needed, inform a server, notice a guest looks cold on the outdoor terrace, offer the heat lamps or blanket)
· Report any safety or equipment concerns to the STS Manager (i.e. lightbulb out, broken chair, etc.,)
· Help dining room staff by introducing them to guests as needed or informing when a guest needs service
· Remember member names, welcome back and greet personally
· Contribute to team effort of the dining, sales and service staff to produce a best in class Guest and Fan Experience.
·Proactively check on the cleanliness of the Club, pick up trash as needed to keep the Club space in immaculate condition, communicate any cleaning issues to the cleaning attendant in a timely manner.

·         Must be able to articulate clear greetings and farewells to Guests
·         Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift
·         Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and wipe
·         A desire to help where needed and work as part of a team
·         Passion for providing extraordinary service
·         Flexibility to work all Chicago Fire Home Matches – see schedule
·         Must be upbeat, outgoing and positive
·         Hospitality and Restaurant experience is preferred
