Position Summary
Part-time position averaging 5-10 hours/week; $15.00/hour.
Chattanooga FC’s mission has always been fully focused on improving its surrounding communities through the beautiful game of soccer. As a Street Team Member working community events, you will play a pivotal role in representing our team, engaging with fans and community members. You will be responsible for creating a positive and energetic atmosphere at various events, promoting team initiatives, and assisting with promotional activities. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Street Team and help us spread the excitement of soccer at community events and gatherings.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Street Team Leader on gathering necessary items for each event. This may include using your vehicle to get items from the office to the event location.
- Attend a variety of community events, including but not limited to local festivals, youth soccer tournaments, school visits, and charity events.
- Interact with fans and event attendees in a friendly and approachable manner, building a strong rapport with the community.
- Distribute promotional materials, merchandise, and samples to event attendees.
- Encourage event attendees to participate in team-related activities and promotions.
- Assist with setting up and tearing down event displays, booths, and promotional areas.
- Assist in organizing and executing on-site contests, games, and giveaways.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Chattanooga Football Club, conveying team values and enthusiasm.
- Collect and report valuable feedback and insights from event attendees and report back to Senior Coordinator/Team Lead as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized event space.
- Collaborate with fellow Street Team Members to ensure a seamless event experience.
Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic personality.
- Ability to work well in a team and individually.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Previous experience in event promotion, marketing, or customer service is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
