Position/Title: Partnerships Activation Coordinator

Position Overview:
Carolina Core FC is an independent MLS NEXT Pro club based in High Point, NC. Our Partnerships Activation Coordinator will assist with managing all partnership initiatives. In the best interest of personal and professional growth, this role will learn how to establish and maintain corporate relationships, use asset tracking software systems such as Trak, communicate with all partners regarding sponsorship opportunities, and collaborate with our internal business administration initiatives. Additional responsibilities may include events within 40 miles of CCFC Headquarters.
This position will serve as a dual role in partnership fulfillment and graphic design. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented, and creative individual who can manage deliverables for our community-level partners while also producing visual assets that bring partnership activations to life across digital, in-stadium, and social platforms.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
Partnership Fulfillment & Activation:
· Serve as a fulfillment lead for community-level partners and select corporate accounts.
· Assist with onboarding new partners, tracking deliverables, managing timelines, and ensuring all assets are executed accurately and on time.
· Utilize CCFC’s partnership management tools (such as Trak) to track activation progress, asset inventory, and partner deliverables.
· Coordinate with the Partnerships, Ticketing, Marketing, and Operations departments to execute on-site activations, community clinics, and promotional events.
· Support game-day operations by assisting with signage setup, on-field activations, vendor villages, and partner hospitality.
· Compile and maintain fulfillment recaps, including proof-of-performance imagery and reporting for internal and partner use.
· Maintain open and professional communication with partners, ensuring that all inquiries and needs are handled promptly and positively.
· Assist with internal administrative tasks such as contract organization, event credentialing, and tracking key sponsorship metrics.
Graphic Design & Creative Support:
· Create realistic mock-ups and presentation materials to help visualize potential sponsorship opportunities for prospective partners.
· Capture and collect sponsorship activation and data points to demonstrate fulfillment of sponsorship commitments.
· Create sponsorship recap decks with activation details (visuals, narratives and data) to demonstrate fulfillment and return on investment for partners.
· Organize and maintain an internal archive of creative templates, brand assets, and partner logos for use in fulfillment and recaps.
· Collaborate with the Partnerships Activation Manager and Marketing Team to maintain consistency across all design deliverables.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Sports Management, or related field preferred.
· Customer service minded with the ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with clients, as well as internal cross-functional teams.
· Proficient use of Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point required.
· Experience developing presentations and creative in Canva is necessary. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is preferred.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive and professional demeanor.
· A collaborative spirit with a high level of accountability, initiative, and attention to detail.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and event days as needed.
Work Environment & Location:
· This is a full-time, in-person role based in High Point, North Carolina. This position will work primarily out of CCFC’s offices in High Point, NC, with regular on-site presence at Truist Point Stadium and community events.
· Some travel may be required within a 40-mile radius for activations or community initiatives.
