About the Role
The Merchandise Coordinator supports all day-to-day operations of Carolina Core FC’s merchandise program. This role manages Shopify, oversees inventory, assists with product launches, and ensures a seamless, organized, fan-forward merchandise experience. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, highly organized, trustworthy, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update the Shopify store: product listings, pricing, descriptions, collections, and inventory levels.
- Maintain merchandise content on the website and support online promos, drops, and presales.
- Oversee inventory management: receiving, organizing, tracking, cycle counts, and stock movement across all sales channels including partner outlets and consignment locations.
- Support analysis of sales trends to inform buying and product decisions.
- Organizing vendor invoices, product deliveries, and internal documentation.
- Maintain accurate Excel/Google Sheets for inventory logs, tracking, sales data, product order logs and forecasting.
- Prepare merchandise for matchdays, events, activations and retail setup; keep retail spaces well-stocked, organized, and on-brand.
- Provide on-site support during home matches and pop-ups, including setup, sales assistance, and inventory wrap-up.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to align merchandise needs and drive seamless planning and execution of key projects.

Required Skills
- Strong Shopify experience in inventory management and online store.
- Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
- Experience with inventory management or retail operations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Work Environment & Location
This is a full-time, in-person role based in High Point, North Carolina.
