Overview
Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing transactions related to player expenses, player revenue, and solidarity (i.e., FIFA Clearing House). Additionally, Coordinator will assist with monthly settlement process.
Responsibilities
- Review transactions related to player expenses and revenue.
- Review transactions related to the solidarity mechanism (i.e., FIFA Clearing House), including reconciliation between clubs’ rosters, agreements, invoices, and other supporting documentation.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly settlements related to discretionary player costs.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support Manager on projects and ad hoc analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, Accounting and/or Finance preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong financial and accounting skills.
- Superior organization, project management skills and attention to detail with the ability to analyze from a macro level.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally collaboratively across multiple departments.
- Ability to build strong working relationships.
- Adherence to confidentiality.
- High level of commitment to quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity, and compliance.
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast paced, team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
