Who are we hiring?
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support and execute core HR functions in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. This role will focus on recruiting, particularly for high-volume and part-time roles, while also providing day-to-day HR support and contributing to the development of efficient, scalable processes.

The ideal candidate is polished, hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable managing competing priorities while delivering a consistent, high-quality employee and candidate experience.
What will you do?
Recruiting & Talent Pipeline Development
Recruiting & Talent Pipeline Development
- Lead full-cycle recruiting, with a strong emphasis on high-volume, entry-level, and part-time roles
- Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines (community outreach, job fairs, networking)
- Develop and manage recruiting programs, including career fairs and internship/early talent initiatives
- Partner with hiring managers to efficiently fill roles and improve hiring outcomes
- Deliver a strong, consistent candidate experience
Part-Time Workforce Leadership
- Own HR processes for the part-time and event-based workforce, including:
- Ongoing staffing and recruiting
- Onboarding and workforce readiness
- Process consistency and communication
- Partner with stadium operations and vendors to support large-scale staffing needs
- Ensure a positive and efficient experience for part-time employees
HR Operations & Employee Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions (benefits, policies, handbook interpretation)
- Execute onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices
- Maintain organized, efficient HR workflows and documentation
Training & Development Support
- Administer required compliance training (including harassment prevention)
- Coordinate professional development initiatives and internal training efforts
- Support internship and early career program execution
Compensation & HR Programs Support
- Assist with compensation benchmarking, job descriptions, and pay structure support
- Track and maintain key HR metrics (hiring, turnover, etc.)
- Support foundational HR program development and process improvements
Systems, Compliance & Process Improvement
- Maintain and utilize HRIS and applicant tracking systems
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
- Identify and implement process improvements, particularly in recruiting and high-volume workflows
What do you need to succeed?
Required
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in 100–200 employee environments
- Strong hands-on recruiting experience, especially high-volume or entry-level roles
- Experience supporting part-time, hourly, or event-based workforces
- Ability and willingness to operate “in the weeds” while improving processes
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience in sports, hospitality, entertainment, or similar industries
- Experience building recruiting programs or talent pipelines
- Creative and willing to approach HR challenges with non-traditional solutions
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR)
Special requirements of the Job:
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, inclusive of weekends, nights (event evenings & overnight operation shifts) and holidays.
- Ability to monitor company communications and respond to time-sensitive matters with senior executives.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move around the venue for extended periods of time, often during events or facility setup and breakdown.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed for event setup, equipment management, or assisting with operational needs.
- Requires occasional bending, squatting, and reaching overhead to handle various tasks related to facility management, equipment, and event preparation.
- Must be capable of working in physically demanding environments, including navigating stairs, ramps, and elevated platforms during venue conversions.
- Ability to work outdoors continuously for extended periods of time in all weather conditions
