Inter Miami CF is seeking an Engineer Coordinator for Broadcast and Event Presentation. This position will act as a “hybrid” role between the Broadcast needs for visiting Network Productions, and assist in the in-house preparation for a Matchday at CHASE Stadium. The goal is to grow and assist in leading the project of a new stadium, while assisting in overseeing and executing private and sporting events at the current stadium.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Act as Broadcast Engineer for all Audio / Video equipment throughout Chase Stadium, Training Center and any future designs like the Turf Field and New Stadium build.
  • Manage and Maintain Control Room Equipment with software updates and technical upgrades to keep up with the demands and innovations between all venues
  • Work together with architect(s) in design and schematics toward New Stadium.
  • Lead Matchday Technicians; includes all A/V Vendors, Frequency Coordinators, and any special requests from Broadcast, Anthem Singers, etc.
  • Operate Control Room equipment as assigned if/when needed during any given match
  • Assist in loading all content for all LED Boards
  • Organize and Maintain LED Display controllers
  • Maintain Control Room Rack Room, Truck Compound I/O Panel + all JBT Boxes
  • Repair LED + IPTV Displays when needed
  • Act as main POC with TGI for maintenance, service agreements, refurbished parts, cleaning, etc.
  • Work Stadium / Private Events as needed
  • Assist airing Next PRO matches with VISTA Worldlink Setup
  • Facs check Locker Room TVs, Suite TVs + Audio Controls, NW Club A/V, DJ setup + signal, Entry Gate Reads, Supporter Group Mics, Patchbay Audio/Video Feeds for both Broadcast and In-house, Audio/Video Feeds for each Booth, etc.
  • Execute any special Matchday parties / events as assigned
  • Create and Maintain matchday recap reports
  • Assist with Scheduling Matchday Staff when needed
  • Assist with Technical Setup for Club video shoots as assigned
  • Work closely with Partnerships, Facility Operations / Security

Qualifications:
  • Must know the world sport of Futbol
  • Full knowledge MLS Rules + Regulations + Broadcast Manuals
  • Must have 5 – 7 years of experience in Live Broadcast Production and / or Studio Production
  • Basic understanding of SDI, Single-mode Fiber, TriAx, IP Network Infrastructure, Digital Audio (DANTE) + AMPS, operate Broadcast equipment, all types of Video Signal / Feeds, SMPTE Systems, LED Systems Configurations + Playback, MAM and DAM
  • Willing to work long days and at times consecutively
  • Must manage and control Live Production under high-pressure situations
  • Must be very organized and extremely detail oriented
  • Must keep up with Technology innovations and implement unique ways to execute needs if / when not provided full resources
