Hometown Soccer Holdings (HSH) is building a portfolio of locally rooted MLS NEXT Pro clubs; each deeply embedded in its community and built to create lasting connections with fans. The Manager, Ticket Operations, plays a critical hands-on role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the club's ticketing business. This position oversees accurate ticket fulfillment, inventory control, financial reconciliation, and system integrity for all ticketed events, with a strong focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and consistency.

This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented, system-minded ticketing professional to be the operational backbone of a growing club's ticket sales business. The ideal candidate brings hands-on ticket operations experience, a strong command of ticketing platforms and financial reconciliation, comfort working matchdays and live events, and a genuine passion for soccer and sports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process all ticket orders, including season tickets, group sales, premium, and special events
  • Build and maintain events, price codes, ticket plans, promotions, and offers
  • Assist with event setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance across all ticketed events
  • Maintain accurate control of ticket inventory, holds, and allocations
  • Balance and reconcile daily ticket revenue, deposits, and reports
  • Assist with payment plans, invoicing, and account maintenance
  • Generate and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and post-event financial and sales reports
  • Produce and distribute required internal and league-mandated reports accurately and on time
  • Support the Manager, Ticket Sales and club leadership with ticket reporting and data pulls
  • Serve as a day-to-day operation liaison with the ticketing platform provider and client support teams
  • Act as a resource for internal departments on ticketing processes and capabilities
  • Assist with will call, box office operations, and customer service on matchdays and events
  • Serve as a point of escalation for ticket-related issues during events
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

You Have These:
  • Minimum of 3 years of ticket operations experience or related experience preferred 
  • Proficient with ticketing platforms and MS Office products
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and event days

Compensation & Total Rewards:
  • Base Salary Range: $70,000 per year. (Base salary at the time of an offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, expert experience, and current market conditions.)
  • Bonus Eligibility: This position is eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus structure based on individual performance and overall organizational goals.
