Hometown Soccer Holdings (HSH) is building a portfolio of locally rooted MLS NEXT Pro clubs, each deeply embedded in its community and built to create lasting connections with fans. As HSH grows its footprint across the country, the organization is investing in the centralized operational infrastructure needed to ensure every club in the portfolio is set up to succeed, aligned with enterprise standards, connected to the right resources, and fully integrated into the HSH family from day one. The Manager, Club Relations will serve as the connective tissue between HSH's central office and its growing network of local clubs, responsible for building the relationships, processes, and frameworks that enable consistent, high-quality club operations across every market.
Reporting directly to the President, this leader will serve as the primary liaison between HSH's central office and both local club leadership and MLS affiliate partners, lead club onboarding and integration efforts, and drive the implementation of the operational playbooks and best practices that define the HSH standard. The Manager will serve as both a relationship builder and an operational executor, working closely with club GMs, soccer operations staff, league partners, and central office leaders to ensure every club is aligned, informed, and equipped to perform.
This is a compelling opportunity for a collaborative, operationally-minded professional to play a foundational role in shaping how a growing multi-club organization functions at the club level. The ideal candidate brings experience in sports operations or league environments, a strong ability to build trust across diverse stakeholders, and a genuine passion for soccer and the game's growth in the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary central office liaison to local club leadership and soccer operations staff, building strong day-to-day working relationships across the HSH portfolio.
- Maintain and manage relationships with MLS club leadership and soccer operations counterparts, ensuring alignment on shared priorities, compliance requirements, and collaborative opportunities.
- Lead club onboarding and integration processes for new HSH markets, ensuring each club is fully equipped with the resources, systems, and support needed to operate at the HSH standard.
- Facilitate best-practice sharing across the club portfolio, identifying what is working in individual markets and scaling successful approaches organization-wide.
- Coordinate with league partners on scheduling, compliance, operational requirements, and other matters that impact club performance and organizational standing.
- Drive implementation of HSH operational playbooks, ensuring local club teams understand, adopt, and execute enterprise frameworks consistently across markets.
- Serve as a feedback loop between club operators and the central office, surfacing needs, challenges, and opportunities that inform HSH's ongoing operational development.
- Build scalable processes and resources that support club operations and position HSH for continued portfolio growth.
