Hometown Soccer Holdings (HSH) is building a portfolio of locally rooted MLS NEXT Pro clubs, each deeply embedded in its community and built to create lasting connections with fans. As HSH grows its footprint across the country, the organization is investing in the centralized infrastructure needed to transform raw data into meaningful insight and measurable business performance. The Director, Strategy & Business Intelligence will serve as a key execution leader within the BI function, responsible for building the dashboards, reporting systems, and analytical tools that keep club and central office teams informed and empowered to act.
Reporting to the VP, Strategy & Business Intelligence, this leader will own the development and automation of HSH's reporting infrastructure, lead data visualization efforts across the enterprise, and provide the forecasting and business analysis support that drives strategic decision-making at every level of the organization. The Director will serve as a hands-on builder and collaborative partner, working closely with club operators, central office leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure the right data reaches the right people in a clear, accessible, and actionable format.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in dashboard development and reporting automation, a strong command of data visualization tools and business analysis methodologies, and a genuine passion for soccer and sports.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide club and central office stakeholders with timely, accurate visibility into key business metrics.
- Lead reporting automation efforts to improve efficiency, reduce manual processes, and ensure consistent data delivery across the organization.
- Develop compelling data visualizations that translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for a range of audiences.
- Support enterprise and club-level forecasting efforts, providing analytical frameworks and models that inform planning and resource allocation decisions.
- Conduct business analysis across HSH's club portfolio, identifying performance trends, operational opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Build and manage club reporting and benchmarking frameworks that enable leadership to evaluate performance consistently across markets.
- Partner with the VP, Strategy & BI and senior leadership to support board reporting, investor materials, and strategic planning processes.
- Develop scalable processes, operational standards, and documentation that support the long-term growth of HSH's BI capabilities.

You Have These:
- Strong proficiency in dashboard and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or comparable platforms.
- Demonstrated experience building reporting automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve data reliability.
- Solid background in business analysis, including the ability to frame analytical questions, structure data models, and communicate findings clearly.
- Experience with forecasting methodologies and financial or operational planning support.
- Comfort working with large, complex datasets and translating them into executive-ready reporting.
- Experience in sports, entertainment, or multi-unit consumer businesses strongly preferred.
