Hometown Soccer Holdings (HSH) is building locally rooted MLS NEXT Pro clubs, deeply connected to their communities and poised for long-term success. Across a growing portfolio, every campaign, matchday, product drop, and announcement generates daily creative demand that outside agencies are poorly suited to serve efficiently. The Creative Services Manager will bring high-volume creative production in-house, owning the assets, template systems, and creative workflow that keep every club on brand and moving quickly.
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this role will produce the social, paid, email, merchandise, matchday, and presentation creative that HSH and its clubs need day to day, and will build the campaign and club launch template systems local teams can populate themselves. The Creative Services Manager will own creative request intake, prioritization, and service levels across clubs and central functions, and will coordinate agencies and freelancers for overflow and specialized work.
This is a builder's opportunity for a fast, versatile designer who thinks in systems rather than one-off files. The ideal candidate brings a strong multi-channel portfolio, demonstrated experience building template systems that other people actually used, and the discipline to work at volume without losing brand craft.
